How Digital Gift Cards Work
How to Purchase Digital Gift Cards
1. Download the App

Download the Shopping Centre Digital Gift Card App and complete the quick registration process. The app is available on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, HUAWEI AppGallery, and the Shopping Centre Website.

2. Purchase a Digital Gift Card

In the app, select the ‘Purchase’ option and complete the required Digital Gift Card details.

3. Checkout and Payment

Add the Digital Gift Card to your cart, proceed to checkout, and complete payment—just like any other online purchase.

4. Receipient Notification

Once payment is confirmed, the purchaser can share the Digital Gift Card directly with the recipient from within the app.

How to Redeem Digital Gift Cards
1. Download the App

Click the shared Digital Gift Card link to download the Shopping Centre Digital Gift Card App and complete registration. The app is available on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and HUAWEI AppGallery.

2. Register and Link Your Bank Account

Complete the short registration process and securely add your South African bank account details.

3. Visit the Shopping Centre

Go to the physical Shopping Centre where the Digital Gift Card was issued — your card value will be automatically released into your linked bank account once your device is detected within the Shopping Centre's location zone. (Ensure location services are enabled.)

Important Information

• Digital Gift Cards can only be redeemed through the Shopping Centre Digital Gift Card App and not via the Shopping Centre Website.

• Digital Gift Cards are non-refundable and expire 36 months from the date of purchase.

• The expiry date is displayed within the Shopping Centre Digital Gift Card App.

How To Confirm Receipt of the Digital Gift Cards
You can verify if the digital gift card has been received by installing the Mall Digital Gift Card app.
